Mark Draak

Mark is the owner and president of Wide Eyed Communications. He built his full-service studio’s reputation around his principle of providing strong, distinctive creative and innovative marketing solutions that surpass client expectations. Mark’s more than 20 years of experience have created a diverse and comprehensive portfolio of work. His tenure as director and senior designer at the Royal Botanical Gardens (RBG) was instrumental in developing their dynamic visual identity. After RBG, Mark continued his career with several advertising agencies prior to founding Dundas-based Wide Eyed Communications in 2004. His matchless approach to conceptual design was the focus of a solo art exhibition hosted by the Hamilton Arts. Mark’s work has been nominated and recognized in numerous trade competitions. Jennifer Bonner

Jennifer began her graphic design career at Sheridan College. She has continued to develop her design and technical abilities over the past ten years. Jennifer’s work is varied and has included: annual reports, websites, direct mail packages, P.O.P. materials, and other advertising and communications pieces. Jennifer believes that great design has depth that tends to go unnoticed – yet she still delivers to this level. After working with such companies as Rapp Collins Communicaide, King Creative, JAG Communications Inc. and Paradigm electronics, her belief in Mark’s vision and creative instincts led her to work at Wide Eyed Communications.

Carmela Cicconi

After graduating from Sheridan College, Carmela worked for several advertising agencies where she honed her craft. She has developed several projects in different media as a freelance designer. Her flare for colour and layout, and her appreciation for a fast-paced work environment are a valuable asset to the Wide Eyed Communications team.

Victoria Ford:
Victoria is the associate editor of Hamilton Magazine, and the owner of VMF ink, a freelance writing and editing company. Her thoroughness and attention to detail result in consistent, high-quality material. A generalized specialist, Victoria has experience in copy-editing, ghost writing, web content, annual reports, brochures, appeals and other communications and marketing materials.
